Delete Your Account In The App

1. Open Score and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Danger Zone section.
4. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email cory@spearhl.com from the email address connected to your Score account. Use the subject line "Score account deletion request".

What Deletion Covers

Account deletion removes or anonymizes known user-linked Score account records, including authentication tokens, stored credentials, reset tokens, feedback, client errors, schedules, and chat transcripts unless retention is required for security, legal, financial, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.

What Score Cannot Delete

Score cannot delete accounts, payment methods, orders, loyalty records, or history held by third-party brands. If a checkout was completed with a brand, contact that brand directly for deletion or order support under its own policy.
